We have been actively buying and investing in properties since 2012. The portfolio consists of income producing properties, new development, retail, and ground-up construction. Tierra Equity Corp targets investments where we can achieve the greatest return for our investors, with the least amount of risk. Currently, Tierra Equity Corp invests in short and long term investments. This allows us to give investors a variety of options in how they want to invest their money in real estate, creating long term relationships.
